It is one of six key development projects in Shanghai with three core features: business headquarters; culture and media; and sports & leisure. Developments include office, residence, retail and lifestyle.
The New Bund benefits from its riverside ecology and more than a third of its 100 hectares is covered by green public space.
The New Bund will include Wellington schools, international hospitals, public school, private school, an international arts performing centre, international sports center and cultural facilities. It is focused on the concept of being ‘green, integrated and international’.
Wellington College China was one of the first projects of the New Bund International Business District. Our staff, parents and friends may be interested in learning more about the new development.
